Mission lock extends to white-label
International and institutional white-label agreements include mission lock provisions. Licensees cannot commercialise in ways that conflict with the CIC's community purpose. This protects the men who use the platform - regardless of whose brand is on it.
Core platform IP is held by Holdfast CIC. International operations are structured as subsidiaries or licensed partner organisations - maintaining mission integrity while enabling local autonomy.
